We do not make weather-related cancellations until the day of the tour, as conditions can change quickly.

If there is heavy rain, lightning, or extremely high winds that would make it unsafe to operate, we may need to cancel tours. If that happens, we will send a text message and/or give you a call as soon as we are able to make that decision.

In the event of a weather cancellation, you would have the option to receive a full refund, reschedule for another date, or receive a gift card to use at a later time.
